The decisions also covered plot of land in the Third District for family investors in the Fifth Settlement. Here, the violations included the construction of rooms in the basement and unauthorized architectural modifications to the units. In another instance, a plot in the same area had seen the construction of unauthorized walls and partitions in the basement.
In addition to New Cairo, the minister's decisions targeted the Northwestern coast, specifically within the jurisdiction of the First Sector Development Device. A total of five spatial variations were identified, involving unauthorized construction work, including buildings and engineering works.
