Egyptian Minister of Military Production, Dr. Salah Suleiman Jambalat, has emphasized that the Ministry of Military Production enjoys continuous and unlimited support from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. This support aims to enhance the Ministry's national role as a fundamental pillar for military manufacturing in Egypt and one of the state's most important industrial arms. The Minister made these remarks during a meeting with the Ministry's employees and the National Authority for Military Production at the Ministry's headquarters in the new capital.
The meeting was attended by several Ministry and Authority leaders. The Minister began the meeting by stressing his keenness on holding such meetings periodically to communicate directly with employees, exchange views, and enhance work and productivity. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by employees to achieve the Ministry's objectives, particularly in development, performance improvement, and increased productivity. The Minister believes that the human element is the foundation for improving performance and continuing the construction and development process.
The Minister referred to the President's directives on the importance of increasing awareness among Egyptian citizens, which represents a stronghold against various challenges. He added that preserving the state and its institutions is a collective responsibility that requires real awareness from each individual against attempts to influence public opinion or sow doubt and mistrust. The Minister emphasized the need to counter rumors and misinformation and not to follow unverified information.
The Minister issued directives to develop and implement a sustainable institutional program to build awareness among Ministry employees and affiliated entities. This program includes holding periodic meetings and awareness-raising events that address various topics presented by specialists in relevant fields. The goal is to develop employees' awareness of different challenges and enhance their ability to deal with them more effectively.
The Minister also directed the enhancement of institutional work and integration with various state agencies and institutions. He pointed out that the Ministry is keen to coordinate continuously with relevant entities to ensure unified efforts, integrated roles, and optimal results. The current stage requires more cooperation, exchange of expertise, and information to support the state's ability to deal with developments efficiently and quickly.
The meeting discussed the importance of continuous on-site follow-up of ongoing projects, particularly those in which Military Production companies participate within the presidential initiative "Hayat Karima". The Minister stressed that effective follow-up should not be limited to monitoring the situation but should lead to clear actions and decisions to ensure speedy completion, deal with obstacles, and achieve objectives within specified timelines.
