The price of tomatoes ranged between 6 and 12 pounds per kilogram, potatoes between 14 and 18 pounds, while white onions ranged from 12 to 18 pounds, and red onions from 12 to 16 pounds. Other vegetables, such as zucchini, carrots, eggplants, and peppers, also recorded stable prices.

The prices of fruits also stabilized with minor differences in retail prices. The price of local oranges ranged between 11 and 15 pounds per kilogram, while Abou Sreha oranges ranged between 20 and 25 pounds per kilogram. Other fruits, such as summer oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and various types of mangoes and bananas, recorded prices within expected ranges.

The prices of fish maintained their stability, particularly for tilapia, which is in high demand. The prices of tilapia ranged between 72 and 76 pounds per kilogram for the first quality, and between 67 and 71 pounds per kilogram for the second quality. Other fish, such as fillet tilapia, white skin, and various types of seafood, also recorded stable prices.

The prices of poultry also showed stability, with white chicken prices ranging between 60 and 70 pounds per kilogram in the farms, and between 80 and 85 pounds per kilogram in retail stores, depending on the region and transportation costs. The prices of Saso and local chickens also recorded stability, ranging between 100 and 110 pounds per kilogram, and between 115 and 120 pounds per kilogram, respectively.

The prices of eggs also stabilized, with red eggs priced at 105 pounds per carton in wholesale markets, and between 115 and 125 pounds per carton in retail markets, depending on the region. White eggs were priced at 100 pounds per carton in wholesale markets, and between 110 and 120 pounds per carton in retail markets.

The Egyptian government continues to work on stabilizing prices through various initiatives, including the supply of meat and poultry through outlets and consumer cooperatives.
