Egyptian investment company STM for Investment is diversifying its activities across six key sectors, namely real estate development, commercial and administrative mall management, education, sports, technology and smart infrastructure, and hospitality. This expansion is part of a strategy aimed at varying investments and increasing the scope of projects executed by the company in the coming period.
According to Shadi Salim, CEO of STM for Investment, the company is working to benefit from specialized experiences and capabilities in its affiliated sectors while enhancing cooperation among them to improve operational efficiency and respond to market variables and customer needs. This diversified approach allows the company to operate under an investment model that combines multiple fields related to real estate and service sectors.
The company's board of directors' deputy chairman and managing director, Abdel Rahman Al-Gohary, stated that STM for Investment adopts a long-term strategy focused on investing in several vital sectors. He emphasized the company's continued expansion into projects and partnerships during the upcoming phase. Real estate development represents one of the main axes of the company's activity through participation with developers and execution of independent projects.
Al-Gohary revealed that the company's project portfolio includes several notable projects such as "Mayan" in New Cairo and Shorouk, "Eleven" in 90th Southern, and the commercial project "East Plaza". He also announced that the company is preparing to launch a new integrated city in eastern Cairo in the coming period, without disclosing project details or a release date.
STM for Investment has entered into several partnerships with real estate companies and developers, including "La Vista City" in collaboration with "La Vista", as well as joint projects with "Mountain View" such as "Grand Valleys", "Park Way", and "1.1". The partnerships also include cooperation with "Al-Kazar" on "Creek Town" and "Istooda" projects, and with "Soleik" on the "Terrace" project, in addition to a partnership with "Hassan علام" on "Swan Lake Residences".
The company's plans for the upcoming phase focus on expansion while adhering to unit delivery deadlines and executing projects according to specified schedules. The readiness of projects for delivery represents one of the elements the company relies on in its real estate activities. STM for Investment owns a network of schools in the education sector, including "Park Way", "North Gate", "Egyptian Japanese School", and "Egyptian German School".
