The electronic traffic unit offers various services, including renewing driving licenses, issuing lost or damaged license replacements, conducting technical inspections, and registering private cars. These services are available daily, except for official holidays, from 10 am to 8 pm. Citizens can book appointments in advance by calling 15558 to determine the service provision time.
The unit is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Aman project, the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, and Damietta Governorate.
