He stressed the need for accessible and sustainable development financing, addressing the debt crisis, and reforming the international financial system to make it more equitable and responsive to the needs of developing countries.
Abdelatty highlighted the importance of international cooperation to address climate change, provide climate finance, and transfer technology and build capacity for developing countries. He emphasized the need to take into account the development priorities and circumstances of these countries and avoid imposing additional burdens on them.
