This extension can be granted to those working in entities affiliated with the Ministries of Health, Higher Education, and Scientific Research, in specialties that are in actual demand.
In terms of financial and social benefits, the law states that individuals who have their service extended are entitled to their insurance rights upon reaching retirement age, in addition to their salary. The deduction of pension, disability, and death insurance contributions for them stops once they reach retirement age.
