The Ministry of Social Solidarity in Egypt has launched the "I Am Talented" initiative in the Eastern Province, as part of the country's celebrations of October victories. The initiative, which is supervised by Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Maja Morsi, aims to discover the talents of children and provide them with the necessary care and support to develop their skills. The initiative was launched at the Science Club Theater in the presence of several officials.

The "I Am Talented" initiative is part of the ministry's efforts to invest in the capabilities of children and develop their skills. The initiative targets 216 children from the Child Club and centers, as well as children with disabilities. The launch event included the participation of children from the Child Club, the Youth Club in El Ashir from Ramadan, and the Al-Madina Al-Munawara Foundation. Officials from the ministries of Youth and Sports, Education, and Social Solidarity attended the event.

The initiative's launch in the Eastern Province is part of its expansion to various governorates. The program seeks to instill values of loyalty, belonging, and determination in children, encouraging them to invest their energies positively. It prioritizes integrating children with disabilities and orphans with their peers, providing a nurturing environment for their talents.

During the ceremony, an exhibition was organized showcasing the works and products of 50 children with disabilities and their families. The exhibition featured a variety of handmade, artistic, and creative works that highlighted the unique abilities of these children. The goal was to shed light on their creativity and provide an outlet to market their innovations, improving the living standards of their families and supporting their social integration.

The initiative also focuses on the economic empowerment of the parents of participating children. It offers training programs to develop their vocational and professional skills and provides opportunities to access funding for small and micro-projects in collaboration with partner associations. This aims to ensure a sustainable source of income, positively impacting family stability and their ability to continue supporting and nurturing their children's talents.

The "I Am Talented" initiative will continue to implement its programs and specialized training workshops in the coming period. It will work on developing the children's skills and providing them with opportunities to participate in national exhibitions and events, contributing to showcasing their talents and transforming them into active creative energies in society.

Key officials present at the launch included Hanen Mostafa, Head of the Central Administration for Family and Women's Affairs at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and Dr. Hanem Omar, Director General of the Child Affairs Administration at the ministry.
