The Egyptian Ministry of Labor, led by Minister Hassan Raddad, has announced the adoption of results for the first phase of tests for the profession of assistant health services, under the Professional Project 2030. A total of 5,732 trainees successfully passed the tests, achieving a success rate of 67% out of the total attendees. This phase saw 6,374 trainees participate in the tests, with 5,732 in attendance and 642 absent.
Minister Raddad emphasized that this development represents a new step in the development of the vocational training system, linking training to actual labor market needs. He also highlighted the ministry's readiness to launch the second phase of Professional Project 2030, in collaboration with the private sector, and to expand training and qualification programs that aim to prepare qualified and competitive vocational cadres.
The Ministry of Labor has started completing procedures for issuing certificates of skill level and profession practice licenses to successful candidates. This allows them to enter the labor market officially and provides business owners with a clear mechanism to verify professional skill and qualification levels.
In preparation for the second phase of Professional Project 2030, the Ministry of Labor signed a cooperation protocol with the Training and Qualification Financing Fund. The goal is to support and finance training and qualification programs, develop the vocational training system, enhance youth capabilities, and link training outputs to actual labor market needs.
This protocol aligns with the ministry's approach to expanding partnerships with relevant training entities, the private sector, and business owners. The aim is to prepare qualified and competitive vocational cadres and provide skilled labor that meets the needs of productive and service sectors.
