On September 23, 2026, Egypt's Minister of Industry, Khaled Hisham, and Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Rafeat Hendy, attended a ceremony to sign a cooperation protocol between the Industrial Modernization Center and the Middle East Information Technology Services Company (MCS).
