In the area east of Horus University, land plots will be delivered starting October 15 for plots C1-C16. The handover will proceed according to a predetermined schedule: October 19 for plots C17-C32, October 20 for plots C33-C48, and October 21 for plots C49-C64. Further deliveries are planned for subsequent dates.
The Damietta New City development agency will continue the handover process on October 26 for plots C81-C87 and D1-D9. Additional plots will be handed over in the following weeks, with specific dates allocated for each set of plots. This detailed schedule helps ensure an organized handover.
The final stages of the handover are set to conclude on November 16, 2026, with the delivery of plot E90 and any remaining plots for those who missed previous deadlines. This marks the completion of the land allocation process in Damietta New City under the "Bait Al-Watan" project.
