The Egyptian Ministry of Housing has announced a new set of investment opportunities in New El Alamein City, as part of its plan to attract diverse investments and support service, residential, and medical activities within the city. According to Dr. Mohamed Khalaf Allah, head of the New El Alamein City Authority and supervisor of the Tourism Villages Authority, the opportunities are being offered through a sale system to meet the city's future needs. The deadline for applications is October 15.

The New El Alamein City Authority is working to provide various investment opportunities that meet the needs of investors by offering diverse spaces suitable for different activities, with payment facilities to support development plans and expansion of investment activities in the city. Eng. Hind Ali, deputy head of the authority for projects, stated that the authority is continuing its efforts to provide such opportunities.

The payment mechanism approved by the authority features flexibility, with a deposit payment followed by installment payments over several years according to financial controls. Dr. Mohamed Khalaf Allah mentioned that land plots are being made available periodically, allowing investors to review available opportunities and apply for reservations according to specified conditions.

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Randa El Minshawi, is following up on the efforts of several new city authorities to implement field monitoring and tracking campaigns and deal promptly and decisively with various forms of violations and encroachments on lands affiliated with the Urban Communities Authority. This aims to preserve state lands and support urban development plans in new cities.

Eng. Randa El Minshawi reviewed a report on the results of these efforts, which included the implementation of four removal decisions for violations by the New Taiba City Authority. This resulted in the recovery of an area of 22.97 feddans in the 620-feddan area of New Taiba City, returning it to the authority's possession.

The minister also followed up on the efforts of the New Minya City Authority to recover lands affiliated with the Urban Communities Authority. A removal decision was implemented, and an area of 20 feddans was recovered in the forest area within the 5,000-feddan zone.

The announcement of investment opportunities in New El Alamein City reflects the Egyptian government's efforts to boost investment and economic growth. The opportunities on offer are expected to attract investors and contribute to the development of the city.
