These units are distributed as 8 on the ground floor, 32 on repeated floors, and 8 on the top floors. The units in this project range from 95 to 100 square meters in size. The monthly rent for these units ranges from 7,327.77 to 7,858.98 Egyptian pounds.

The insurance fees for the Premium Housing project units range from 21,983 to 23,577 Egyptian pounds, depending on the unit's size and rent. The rent-to-own system allows citizens to transition from renters to owners, following specific rules and regulations set by the Housing Authority.
