This comes as part of the authority's efforts to provide the highest levels of safety for passengers. The authority conducts continuous monitoring of control and traffic systems, in addition to verifying the readiness and operability of railway lines.

The authority's maintenance and inspection works are carried out on a daily and continuous basis to guarantee the regularity of train movements and the stability of services provided to citizens. The authority also deals quickly with any technical observations that may affect operating efficiency. Several trains operating on the Cairo-Alexandria line and coastal routes have been adjusted, with new schedules taking effect.

On the Cairo-Alexandria route, several trains have been scheduled and rescheduled. These include train number 1109, a third-class air-conditioned train that departs Cairo at 8:35 am and arrives in Alexandria at 12:10 pm. Another train, number 18, a Russian train traveling from Alexandria to Cairo, starts its journey at 1:10 pm. Furthermore, train number 28, also a Russian train from Alexandria to Cairo, begins at 8:20 pm.

In addition to these, other trains have been scheduled on the Cairo-Alexandria route. Train number 119, an air-conditioned train, departs Cairo at 5:00 am. Train number 903, also air-conditioned, starts its journey from Cairo at 6:00 am. Moreover, a special air-conditioned train, number 1943, travels from Cairo to Mansoura, departing at 9:20 am and arriving at 11:45 am.

More trains have been added to the schedule. Train number 911, an air-conditioned train from Cairo to Alexandria, departs from Cairo's railway station at 10:00 am. Train number 1211, a Tahya Misr train from Cairo to Alexandria, leaves Cairo at 10:10 am. Furthermore, train number 921, an air-conditioned train on the same route, begins its journey at 6:00 pm.

The Egyptian Railway Authority has also announced schedules for other special trains. A VIP train, number 1945, travels from Cairo to Alexandria, departing at 10:15 am and arriving at 12:40 pm. Additionally, train number 18, a Russian train from Alexandria to Cairo, leaves Alexandria at 1:10 pm. Another special train, number 905, departs from Ramses station at 9:00 am and arrives in Alexandria at 11:30 am.

Finally, other trains operating on the Cairo-Alexandria route and its branches have been scheduled. Train number 57, a third-class air-conditioned train, departs from Tanta at 10:25 am and arrives in Alexandria at 12:30 pm.
