The project targets 25 subsidiary companies, with an initial focus on six companies for system replacement and development. The new platform will be integrated with electronic payment and collection channels. According to Engineer Mustafa Al-Shimi, the platform represents a significant leap in the company's service delivery and is a key part of its plan to develop commercial operations and transition to a more integrated and efficient model.

The system will be developed in consideration of the current technical stages and systems used by each company, ensuring integration and gradual development.
