The city of Aswan has also been included in the investment opportunities, with several plots available. These include an educational plot of 11,451 square meters priced at 4,485 pounds per square meter, a logistics plot of 2,000 square meters at 4,490 pounds per square meter, and a commercial plot of 1,826 square meters at 14,020 pounds per square meter. These plots are expected to attract various investors.
In the new city of Taiba, several investment opportunities are being offered through the Investor Services Portal of the New Urban Communities Authority. One of the plots is located in the extension of the city services center in the eighth district, with a total area of 42,000 square meters and a price of 2,865 pounds per square meter for an integrated urban activity. This plot is expected to attract significant investment.
Additional investment opportunities in Taiba include a plot numbered 224-225 in the warehouses area of the industrial zone, with an area of 701 square meters and a price of 2,000 pounds per square meter for warehouses excluding pharmaceutical and food products. Other plots include an educational land of 5,000 square meters at 4,205 pounds per square meter and a food warehouse land of 6,000 square meters at 2,000 pounds per square meter.
The Ministry of Housing has outlined a straightforward process for applying for these investment opportunities. Interested parties must create an account on the investor services portal, activate it via email, choose the city and opportunity, review the details, upload required documents, and submit the application electronically. The application period is open until October 15, 2026.
