Edubridge Education Centre, Zambia's first NCUK-accredited study Centre, is seeking energetic and self-driven sales agents to promote its NCUK International Foundation Year and study abroad services. The Centre helps young Zambians access world-class international education through the NCUK IFY, which leads to top universities in the UK and beyond. Successful agents will earn attractive commissions for every enrolment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the NCUK IFY programme and study abroad services to students, parents, schools, and community groups. They will also conduct information sessions, school visits, and follow-ups with prospective students and their families. Guiding prospects through the enquiry, application, and enrolment process is also a key responsibility.
To qualify for the position, applicants must have a minimum Grade 12 certificate, with a diploma or degree being an added advantage. Proven sales, marketing, or student recruitment experience, particularly in the education sector, is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as is a good network among schools, parents, churches, or youth and community organizations.
Edubridge Education Centre offers a competitive commission of at least K2000 per student for every successful enrolment. The Centre will provide full product training and marketing materials, as well as support from its admissions and marketing team. There is also an opportunity to grow into a senior agent or team lead role.
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. They must have their own smartphone and reliable transport, as well as good social media skills. Honesty, professionalism, and a well-presented demeanor are also essential.
