The President of the ECOWAS Commission, General Birame DIOP, recently received Dr. Ghulam Muhammad AWAN, Head of Delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Abuja Country Cluster, during a courtesy visit to the ECOWAS Commission's new headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
