The Democratic Republic of Congo has urged member states of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) to translate their commitments into concrete actions for more effective mining governance. This appeal was made during the 10th ministerial meeting in Lusaka, Zambia, according to a communiqué.
