The committee will oversee various aspects of the event, including reception, ceremonies, accommodation, transportation, security, media, and communication, as well as technical and organizational aspects. The ministers emphasized the significance of hosting the meetings, highlighting the opportunity to enhance Djibouti's presence in regional cooperation in youth, culture, and sports.
