Devtraco Plus, the premium development arm of Devtraco Group, has unveiled Lotus, a new residential development in Accra's Airport Residential Area. According to Devtraco Plus Head of Sales Ewurabena Braye, the apartments at Lotus are expected to appeal to buyers seeking luxury accommodation. Braye also highlighted the project's investment potential, citing its prime location and modern features.

The development also incorporates smart-home technology, concierge services, secure access, car services, and on-site property management. Devtraco Plus Sales Manager Billy Tamatey noted that the development could cater to tourists, business travellers, and other visitors to Accra, while also providing an opportunity for property investors. He stressed the importance of maintaining a property after construction to preserve its value. Tamatey highlighted the development's management and security arrangements, which include professional management to ensure the property remains properly maintained.
Devtraco Plus Development Director Sydney Quaye explained that the name Lotus reflects the thought and planning that went into the development. The project was carefully planned to achieve a balance between its size, design, functionality, and pricing. Quaye said the development was deliberately conceived to offer residents a premium living experience while remaining competitively positioned within the market.
The launch of Lotus forms part of Devtraco Group's 30-year history in Ghana's real estate industry.
