Fearing exposure, the woman contacted her lover, and they planned to dispose of her husband and recover the phone. The woman devised a plan, and her lover enlisted a friend, the third defendant, to assist in the crime.
On the day of the incident, the second and third defendants arrived at the scene with weapons, including a folding knife and a knife. Once the victim was asleep, the woman prepared the scene and provided her accomplices with equipment, including transparent adhesive tape and pieces of cloth. The two men, wearing masks made of cloth, attacked the victim, forced him to ingest a narcotic substance, and bound his hands and feet with tape until he died.
The second and third defendants stole three mobile phones, including the woman's phone, and sold them to the fourth defendant, who was aware of their illicit origin. Following investigations and surveillance, the defendants were arrested and presented to the Public Prosecution, which referred them to the Alexandria Court.
