The program has a total of 5000 beneficiaries, with 1900 of them hailing from the Tchologo region.

The Minister of Youth Promotion, Professional Insertion, and Civic Service, Mamadou Touré, highlighted that the program targets a total of 10,000 young people. The beneficiaries have been trained in various fields, including land securing, geomatics, building and public works, transportation, and entrepreneurship. He commended the role played by the Diallo Sékou surveyor-expert cabinet in implementing the program.
The Director-General ad interim of the Rural Land Agency (Afor), Marc Koffi Gnalhey, expressed satisfaction with the success of the program's first phase. He encouraged the population to enroll in the second phase, which is financed by the French Development Agency (Afd). The program has made significant progress in promoting youth employability and land security in the Tchologo region.
