The Plaza Platinium project in Kipé, Guinea, is making significant progress, with several buildings already inhabited and a range of amenities available to residents. The development, located at Kipé Centre Émetteur, features multiple buildings, some of which have been completed and handed over to residents. A recent guided tour was organized to showcase the project's current state and allow journalists to witness the progress firsthand.

The tour revealed that buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4 are already occupied by residents. The cité offers various services, including security, guarding, maintenance, and common area management. Residents enjoy access to gardens, playgrounds, a basketball court, and parking facilities. The buildings are equipped with intercoms and elevators, ensuring convenient living.

To ensure a reliable water supply and power generation, the development features water reserves and diesel generators, which take over during EDG power outages. According to Mariama Zaitt Sylla, the communication officer for Plaza Platinium, "The cité is thriving and already inhabited." The visit aimed to demonstrate this reality and outline the project's next stages.

The project's construction progress was detailed by engineer Zeng An Rong. He stated that the structural work on buildings 5, 6, and 7 is complete, with teams currently focusing on finishing touches such as tiling and related works. For buildings 8 and 9, foundation work is finished, and the elevation has reached the 10th floor.

Zeng An Rong further explained that the foundation work for buildings 10 and 11 is complete, while drilling for the foundations of buildings 12 and 13 is ongoing. The foundations for buildings 14 and 15 have been completed. The project is progressing on multiple buildings, with already completed buildings hosting residents.

Several buildings, including 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15, are currently open for sale, offering apartments ranging from F3 to F5 types. Interested buyers, both within Guinea and in the diaspora, are invited to visit the site to explore the cité and available housing options.
