The Cooperative Diocesan Savings and Credit of Ouahigouya (CODEC-Ouahigouya), located in Ouahigouya, Burkina Faso, has announced a recruitment drive for several positions. The institution is seeking qualified individuals to fill the roles of two loan officers, one credit recovery officer, two client relationship officers, and three savings collection officers. These positions are part of CODEC-Ouahigouya's efforts to expand its services and improve its operations.

For the loan officer positions, candidates must have a minimum of a BAC + 2 degree in finance, accounting, control, audit, economics, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in the microfinance or finance sector is also required. Key responsibilities include promoting the institution's products and services, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring effective credit recovery. Candidates with experience in market analysis and risk management will be highly considered.

The credit recovery officer will be responsible for analyzing and mapping credit risks, implementing recovery strategies, and prioritizing amicable recoveries. A BAC + 2 degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of experience in microfinance or finance. The officer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Client relationship officers will be responsible for promoting the institution's products and services, maintaining internal and external communication, and ensuring high-quality customer service. A BAC G2 or BEP in accounting or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience in microfinance or finance. These officers will also be responsible for analyzing the impact of marketing campaigns and proposing corrective measures.

Savings collection officers will be responsible for promoting the institution's products and services, collecting daily savings, and managing associated credit activities. A BEPC or CAP in accounting or a related field is required. While experience in microfinance or finance is not necessary, it is considered an asset. These officers will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and managing administrative tasks.

All candidates must be no more than 35 years old as of December 31, 2026, and have a good aptitude for teamwork and working under pressure. They must also have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of risk management and microfinance activities. Proficiency in the Mooré language and experience with management software and Excel are also considered assets.
