A highlight of the event will be the presentation of the CICAN Awards of Excellence to distinguished personalities and institutions that have contributed to Nigeria's economic growth and development. Beneficiaries include Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state, Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State, and Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina, among others.
The CICAN Awards of Excellence aim to celebrate excellence and spotlight individuals and institutions whose policies, programmes, and investments have significantly contributed to national development and supported the aspirations of building a stronger and more prosperous economy. Some award recipients will serve as Special Guests of Honour at the event.
