The Ministry of Women and Early Childhood and CECAM Group have signed a partnership agreement in N'Djamena, Chad, on October 2, 2026. CECAM CONSULTING has pledged to provide preferential conditions for vulnerable groups, including women and children, in its BTS and License programs.
CECAM CONSULTING will also offer short and qualifying technical training programs for women and girls.
