General Doumbia commended the BSA for achieving a 100% implementation rate of its planned activities over the past five years, as part of the FACI 2025 action plan.
General Doumbia encouraged units that performed poorly to reassess their preparation, stressing that operational engagement should not be an excuse for inadequate physical training.
