Antoine Bassa was elected president of the network during the constitutive general assembly held in Abidjan. Bassa, a graduate of the Journalism School, obtained a license from 2011 to 2014 and a master's degree in journalism from 2017 to 2019.

Lapko née Opeli Justine, director of finance at ISTC Polytechnique, represented the institution's director-general and emphasized the significance of creating this network.

Nadia Sabine Ehounoud, a journalist and animator at Life Radio, was elected vice-president of the network for a three-year term.
