A good understanding of Burkinabé regulations and international standards, such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and ISO 37301, is also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing recommendations to the management team. They will also oversee the company's compliance with regulatory requirements, ensure the implementation of internal controls, and monitor the company's risk exposure.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as audit, risk management, or internal control. They should also possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. A good understanding of actuarial or statistical concepts is considered an asset.
The selected candidate will be expected to work in Ouagadougou and will be required to submit a detailed CV, a cover letter, and supporting documents, including academic certificates and a police clearance certificate.
