A 38-year-old boda-boda rider, Thomas Kimunyu, was arrested on Tuesday morning by police in Kampala over alleged vandalism and attempted theft of a government electrical installation. Shortly afterwards, Kimunyu reportedly arrived on a motorcycle, registration number UMA 621GZ, and allegedly attempted to collect and transport the cut wire before he was arrested.
