In 2023, she became the terminal's first female Berth Supervisor, and in 2026 achieved another milestone as the terminal's first female Shift Manager. Today, she plays a key role in coordinating vessel, yard, and gate operations.

Ebenezer Opoku's journey began in 2013 as an Intern after studies at the Liberia Maritime Training Institute (LMTI). Over the years, he progressed through a series of operational and planning leadership positions, gaining expertise in terminal operations, planning, and performance management. His leadership capabilities also saw him contribute to operational standardization initiatives across Asia and the Middle East. On 1 September 2026, he was appointed Head of Operations within the Senior Management team.
