The Alimosho Next Generation Forum (ANGF) has described Hon. Abdulrahmon Bisi Yusuff as a humble achiever whose leadership has brought joy to the people of Lagos. In a statement signed by Michael Ibuoya, the group's Convener, ANGF noted that Yusuff served two terms as the Pioneer Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Administration (LCDA) before becoming a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

As a legislator, Yusuff represented Alimosho Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly for 12 years, from 2011 to 2023. BusinessDay described him as the longest-serving lawmaker from Alimosho during that period. Through the Prince Hope Turns to Reality Foundation, Yusuff organized free medical outreaches, including medical treatment, surgeries, eye screening, and provision of eyeglasses, benefiting tens of thousands of people in 2018 and 2019.
Yusuff's achievements also extend to youth and skills development, with skills acquisition initiatives as chairman and later constituency activities focusing on education, employment, and empowerment. As a legislator, he advocated for improvements to roads and infrastructure affecting Ayobo-Ipaja and surrounding communities.
