He emphasized that Algeria needs ideas and proposals from all parties to move forward. The conference, he said, will be the foundation for the Second Republic, which all Algerians aspire to.
The Vice-Premier Minister expressed his support for the new Prime Minister, Noureddine Bedoui, highlighting his experience in local development and his sensitivity to improving the quality of life for Algerians. Lamamra noted that Bedoui's approach is one of openness and receptivity to the needs and aspirations of the population.
