The project aims to guarantee the optimal exploitation of this plant and improve the drinking water supply service for the populations of El Tarf, Annaba, Skikda, and Guelma. The government also heard a presentation on the project to build a raw water diversion channel to connect the Oued Djedi dam to the Ain Dalia dam.
