Attaf also met with Nigerian Foreign Minister Bianca Adomiugwu-Ojokwu, during which they reviewed various aspects of bilateral cooperation. The ministers expressed a shared desire to revitalize this cooperation, particularly in areas such as economy, energy, training, and higher education. They reaffirmed their commitment to implementing three major structural projects linking the two countries: the Trans-Saharan Highway, the fiber-optic cable project, and the Nigeria-Algeria gas pipeline.
