New appointments include: Mohamed Saber in Sétif, Mohamed El Amine Riah in Saïda, Hamza Benzeghioua in Annaba, Abdelkader Smaoui in Illizi, Mohamed Enssari in Timimoun, Yahia Hadjadj in Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Abdeslem Mouhoubi in Aflou, Othmane Mahieddine in Barika, Karim Amedjekouh in Bir El Ater, Chakib Mhamdioua in El Aricha, Adel Rehail in Ksar Chellala, Zitouni Boudjellal in Aïn Oussara, Nacera Abderrahmane in Messaad, Hassina Kaci in Ksar El Boukhari, and Abdelhamid Smati in Bou Saâda.
Alongside these appointments, some general secretaries of wilayas have seen their functions come to an end. Rachid Benyoucef in Béchar has been admitted to retirement, while Abdelkader Saadi in Saïda has also been replaced.
