The Algerian province of Oulad Jalal has recently conducted a draw for 128 social housing units in the municipality of Sidi Khaled. The draw, which took place at the lecture hall of the district headquarters, allowed beneficiaries to learn about the neighborhoods they will be moving into, as well as the building and apartment numbers they will be allocated. All beneficiaries attended the event to follow the process and learn about the locations and apartments before receiving the keys and moving into their new homes.

The allocation of these housing units is part of the efforts of the Oulad Jalal province to address the housing crisis. The province has been working to distribute new housing units within a specified timeframe after completing a thorough examination of submitted files and external development work. The housing committees of the Oulad Jalal and Sidi Khaled districts are working together to ensure the smooth allocation of these units.

Recently, the Oulad Jalal province distributed a significant number of housing units across various municipalities, including the capital, Dousn, and Sidi Khaled. In July, 1815 housing units were allocated, comprising public rental housing, rural housing assistance, and social housing plots. This allocation brings relief to many residents who have been waiting for housing solutions.

The Oulad Jalal province is experiencing rapid urban growth, with new urban expansion projects underway to provide a comprehensive urban environment. A third urban expansion zone is being developed on the western side of the provincial capital, covering an area between Sidi Khaled and Oulad Jalal. This project includes over 600 housing units in its first phase, including 200 units under the "Aadl" program.

In addition to housing, the urban expansion project includes the development of a social housing plot with 371 plots of land for construction. The selection of land for these projects aims to accommodate the growing population and provide a better living environment. These initiatives reflect the province's efforts to address housing needs and improve living standards.

The Oulad Jalal province has been actively working to improve infrastructure and services, with various projects underway to enhance the quality of life for residents. These projects include the development of new urban areas, improvement of roads, and provision of basic services such as water and electricity.

The allocation of the 128 social housing units in Sidi Khaled is a significant step towards addressing the housing crisis in the region. The province's efforts to provide affordable housing solutions and improve living standards are ongoing, with a focus on ensuring that residents have access to basic services and a better quality of life.
