The Algerian Investment Promotion Agency has greenlit 79 real estate parcels, covering an area of 197.5 hectares, to be showcased on its digital platform for investors. This move aims to provide economic real estate for investment projects and facilitate access to available opportunities for investors. The decision was made during the agency's second ordinary session, chaired by Abdelrazak Azzab, with the participation of Omar Rkash, the agency's general manager.
The approved parcels are distributed across eight provinces: Bordj Bou Arreridj, Medea, Oran, Oulad Djellal, Ghlizan, Tindouf, Saida, and Batna. They will be displayed on the investor's digital platform, allowing interested parties to view and apply for them according to established procedures. The agency's board of directors also examined applications from investors whose projects were shortlisted to benefit from the real estate parcels previously showcased on the digital platform. As a result, 17 investment projects were approved to benefit from economic real estate. The board's meeting focused on two main axes: approving new real estate parcels for digital display and reviewing and deciding on investment project applications.
