The Algerian Agency for Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL) has announced a large-scale public auction of commercial and service properties across several provinces in Algeria. The agency will put up for sale a total of 1,836 properties, mostly commercial, in various cities. This move is part of the AADL's program to sell properties under its location-sale agreements.
The majority of the properties to be auctioned are located in the province of Blida, where 794 commercial properties in the Sidi Serhane 5,000-housing-unit neighborhood, 366 in Bouinan's 2,400/4,500-housing-unit neighborhood, and 208 in Bouinan's 2,100/4,500-housing-unit neighborhood will be sold. Additionally, 145 commercial properties in Sidi Serhane's 2,000-housing-unit neighborhood and 13 in Bouinan's 1,800-housing-unit neighborhood will also be up for auction.
The AADL has also announced auctions in other provinces, including Medea, Aïn Defla, Algiers, Oum El Bouaghi, and Mila. In Medea, 35 commercial properties and 5 service properties in the Béni Slimane 320-housing-unit neighborhood will be sold. In Aïn Defla, 83 commercial properties in El Attaf's 800-housing-unit neighborhood and 7 in the 1,200-housing-unit neighborhood will be auctioned.
In Algiers, 18 commercial properties in the Bouraâda 1,500-housing-unit neighborhood in Réghaïa will be sold. Furthermore, in Oum El Bouaghi, 81 commercial and service properties in the 600-housing-unit neighborhood will be auctioned, while in Mila's Chelghoum Laïd, 78 commercial and service properties in the 400-housing-unit neighborhood will be up for sale.
