The Algerian Ministry of National Education announced on Saturday that it will extend the deadline for studying requests for the reintegration of students who were not approved for reintegration into their original educational institutions. The new deadline is October 14, 2026, and the process will take place at the level of education directorates. This decision aims to enable concerned students to continue their academic path.

According to the Ministry, the extension of the deadline from Sunday, October 11, to Wednesday, October 14, is part of the efforts to ensure that students can continue their education. The Ministry stated that committees at the wilaya level will study the files and consider the possibility of reintegrating students into other educational institutions that have available pedagogical seats.

The Ministry of National Education emphasized that it is committed to accompanying students and their parents and working to provide suitable conditions for continuing education within available possibilities and according to the regulations in force. Parents of concerned students are invited to follow up on the status of reintegration requests through the parents' space in the national education sector's information system.

Students who have had their requests approved are required to complete registration and enrollment procedures at the educational institutions they are assigned to, within the deadlines determined by the education directorates. The Ministry also urged parents and students to follow up on the concerned students' files through the approved channels.

In a related context, the University of Science and Technology of Oran Mohamed Boudiaf has announced the opening of 45 pedagogical positions for doctoral studies in the specialty of Marine Engineering. This announcement was made as part of the university's efforts to develop its academic programs.
