Applicants from Quranic schools and Al-Azhar's Rawaq must not exceed 18 years of age as of October 1, 2026. Participants are not allowed to register for more than one level in the same year or apply from two different sources simultaneously. The competition has different levels, with primary-level students and Quranic school students eligible to apply for all four levels.
The four levels of the competition include memorizing the entire Quran with proper recitation and performance, as well as memorizing the text of the Khuraydah Bahiyah. The levels differ in the number of Quranic parts required to be memorized, ranging from 10 to 20 parts. Secondary-level students can apply for the first two levels, while preparatory-level students can apply for the first three levels.
