Nigeria's Air Peace has introduced a complimentary airport pick-up service for its First Class and Business Class passengers traveling on London routes. This new service, provided in partnership with SIMPLAA, aims to enhance the travel experience for premium passengers. Eligible passengers can request transfers from their preferred locations to the airport and onward to their destinations after arrival. The service is available in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria, as well as at London Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

The complimentary pick-up service complements Air Peace's existing airport drop-off arrangement. Passengers can request airport transfers from their homes, offices, or other preferred locations before departure. Upon arrival, passengers can also benefit from onward transfers to their final destinations. According to Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer, Nowel Ngala, the airline is committed to continuously improving the travel experience for its customers. The new service reflects this dedication to providing comfort, convenience, and world-class service.

The distance covered under the complimentary transfer varies according to passenger class and location. First Class passengers are entitled to complimentary transfers covering distances of up to 70 miles from Heathrow or Gatwick airports. Business Class passengers are covered for journeys of up to 60 miles. In Nigeria, eligible passengers can access complimentary transfers of up to 60 kilometers in Abuja and 40 kilometers in Lagos. This service is designed to provide a seamless travel experience for premium passengers.

Passengers traveling on eligible tickets booked from October 1, 2026, will receive an email with a link to activate their rides and confirm their preferred pick-up and drop-off locations. The airline aims to make arrangements for transfers straightforward and minimize the inconvenience associated with airport transportation. The introduction of the pick-up service aligns with Air Peace's strategy to expand its international operations and develop services around its growing network.

Air Peace currently operates domestic, regional, and international services, with a growing network connecting Nigeria to overseas destinations. The airline's international network is part of its broader strategy to strengthen Nigeria's air connectivity with major markets. Air Peace operates a fleet that includes Boeing 777, Boeing 737-700, and Boeing 737-800 aircraft, as well as Embraer and other aircraft. Its network covers destinations across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.

The airline remains focused on providing safe, reliable, and customer-focused air transport services. Air Peace's operations contribute to improved connectivity, trade, and tourism, supporting Nigeria's ambition to strengthen its position as an aviation hub in Africa. Customers can book Air Peace services through its website, mobile application, accredited travel agencies, and major booking platforms worldwide. The airline continues to expand its services to meet the growing demands of its customers.

The partnership with SIMPLAA enables Air Peace to extend its service offering from the passenger's doorstep to the final destination. According to Ngala, the airline is creating a seamless journey from doorstep to destination. The new service is expected to enhance the overall travel experience for Air Peace's premium passengers, providing them with a convenient and comfortable way to travel to and from the airport.
