As artificial intelligence continues to reshape classrooms, workplaces, and economies worldwide, the need to equip students and professionals with relevant digital and AI skills has become increasingly urgent. In response, StudyIn is organizing a global study conference in Lagos to deepen students' understanding of AI and its growing impact on education and careers. The conference, themed "Future Ready: Succeeding in an AI-Driven World," will bring together stakeholders to explore how young people can remain prepared and competitive in the rapidly evolving world of work.

The conference, scheduled to hold on October 10 at The Ballroom, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, is expected to attract over 300 students, young professionals, parents, and education stakeholders, alongside representatives from international institutions across the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with university representatives and receive information on programs, admission requirements, application timelines, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and post-study work opportunities.

According to Ojinika Agbu, country director at StudyIn, the conference aims to provide students and parents with access to the right information, international institutions, and expert guidance to help them make informed decisions about their education journey at no cost. Agbu emphasized that choosing a university and course now requires one to think beyond admission, as technology continues to reshape the workplace.

The StudyIn Global Study Conference will focus on practical conversations around higher education, employability, emerging technologies, and future career opportunities, while helping students and parents make more informed decisions about international education. The event is part of StudyIn's broader commitment to providing students, young professionals, and families with professional guidance on university and course selection, applications, visa support, and key steps involved in their international education journey.

As part of the conference, StudyIn Nigeria is also inviting Year 11 and Year 12 students from top secondary schools nationwide to participate in the Future Ready Essay Competition. The competition encourages young people to think critically about the impact of artificial intelligence on education and share their perspectives on what it means to be prepared for an AI-driven world.

Outstanding entries in the essay competition will receive prizes, including a MacBook, an iPad, and other exciting prizes. Since 2006, StudyIn has supported over 1.3 million students globally and operates through a network of over 100 offices in 42 countries, establishing its position as a leading globally experienced higher education consultancy.

The conference is designed primarily for secondary school students and their parents or guardians, while also welcoming university students and young professionals exploring postgraduate opportunities. With its extensive experience and global reach, StudyIn is well-positioned to provide valuable insights and guidance to students and professionals seeking to navigate the rapidly evolving world of work.
