Key duties include designing and supervising construction projects, preparing engineering drawings and technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
The Human Resource Officer role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and administrative skills, and good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate should be professional, trustworthy, approachable, and people-oriented, with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. They should also have good knowledge of HR practices, employment procedures, and labour regulations, as well as experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
