Africa Panorama Investment Group Ltd, a company based in Lusaka, Zambia, is looking for a skilled Social Media Content Creator to join its Marketing & Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing engaging digital content that strengthens the company's brand presence, connects with its audience, and supports its marketing and sales objectives. This role requires a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy individual who understands social media beyond simply posting content.
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, while maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing engaging social media content aligned with the company's brand, marketing strategy, and business objectives. The successful candidate will also create high-quality photos, videos, graphics, Reels, Stories, captions, and other digital content.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role is also required. Strong photography and videography skills, as well as experience using content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software, are essential.
The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and full of ideas, with a passion for social media, digital media, and content creation. They should be proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to keep up with changing digital trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative writing abilities, and a good understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences are also required.
In addition to the required qualifications and skills, candidates with experience managing social media accounts for a business or established brand, creating engaging short-form video content, and basic knowledge of digital advertising and paid social media campaigns will be considered an advantage. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous social media and content creation work is also desired.
