The Alliance of Congolese Social Democrats (Adesco) has concluded a three-day seminar aimed at enhancing the communication skills of its members. The event, which took place from September 24 to 26, focused on political communication, media strategy, and the challenges of communication in the digital era. The seminar was attended by various experts in political communication, academics, and renowned scientific figures.
The seminar featured a diverse range of experts who contributed to the discussions, providing a practical and academic dimension to the training. Some of the notable speakers included Alain Mbulumikini, Aimée Mutombo, Professor Marc Kilenge Toko, Henry Mutombo, and Professor Ngoma Binda. They led sessions on topics such as the fundamentals of communication, public speaking, and the sociology of communication.
The training aimed to equip Adesco's communicators with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively communicate the party's message in the digital age. The participants were exposed to various approaches to political communication, enabling them to better understand the requirements of their role in an ever-evolving digital environment.
Upon completing the seminar, the participants expressed their gratitude to Adesco's leadership, noting that the initiative went beyond just capacity building. Chadrack Ngoi, Coordinator of Adesco's Communication Cell, thanked the party's leadership for their support and encouraged the communicators to demonstrate professionalism and commitment in their work.
Dan Marshall Mubenga, Adesco's Secretary General, congratulated the communication team and urged the trained communicators to promote and preserve the party's image. The closing ceremony included the official presentation of certificates to the participants, marking the end of the three-day seminar.
The seminar was attended by Adesco's President, Tony Kanku Shiku, and National President, Jolie Yombo Mukendi, who were represented by Dan Marshall Mubenga.
