The 5th edition of the Vox Eco Forum is set to take place in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, on November 24. This year's theme is "Business Climate: The Lever for Private Investment." The event, initiated by Vox Congo Group, aims to discuss the country's economic challenges through various topics with public decision-makers, entrepreneurs, investors, experts, and financiers. The goal is to provide concrete proposals to support public policy reforms and the country's economic transformation.

This edition of the forum occurs at a crucial time, with the diversification of the economy and acceleration of private sector growth being major development priorities for the country. Despite ongoing reforms and existing entrepreneurial potential, several constraints continue to hinder investment. These include administrative burdens, taxation, legal security, unclear procedures, and difficulties in mobilizing capital. These factors directly impact the confidence of entrepreneurs and investors.

The Vox Eco Forum 2026 aims to go beyond identifying these challenges and focus on making the business climate a genuine lever for private investment in the Congo. The event will identify obstacles, examine ongoing reforms, and promote structured public-private dialogue oriented towards practical solutions. Three complementary panels will be discussed during the economic meeting. The first panel will focus on reforms and attractiveness, the second on catalyzing investment, and the third on the expectations and blockages faced by the private sector.

The first panel, "Reforms and Attractiveness: The Roadmap for Public Action," will outline fiscal, legal, and administrative reforms aimed at simplifying and securing the investor's journey. The second panel, "Catalyzing Investment: Expertise, Financing, and Guarantees," will examine the role of support actors, advice, and financing in the concretization of investment projects. The third panel will focus on the experiences, expectations, and main bottlenecks faced by companies, SMEs, and large groups.

The Vox Eco Forum benefits from the support of L'Archer, an official partner and financial investment group present in the structuring and financial intermediation, asset management, and project support in Central Africa. Unlike previous editions, the 5th Vox Eco Forum is not open to the general public; participation will be by invitation or prior registration via the forum's website, within the defined access conditions.

The event will bring together various stakeholders, including decision-makers, entrepreneurs, investors, experts, and financiers, to discuss and address the challenges hindering private investment in the Republic of Congo. By promoting a structured dialogue between the public and private sectors, the forum aims to provide concrete solutions to support the country's economic development.

The 5th Vox Eco Forum is expected to provide a platform for participants to share their experiences, identify key challenges, and formulate expectations from public authorities and the economic ecosystem. By focusing on the business climate as a lever for private investment, the event aims to contribute to the country's economic transformation and growth.
