The 4th edition of the Youth Book and Children's Fair is set to take place from September 2 to 7 in Tizi-Ouzou, Algeria. Organized by the Wilaya's Culture Directorate, the event will be held at the Mouloud Mammeri Cultural Center. This year's theme, "A Time to Discover through Cultivation," aims to promote learning and cultural enrichment among children and young people. Several crèches, including the Jardin d'éveil, "La maison des merveilles magiques," and "Les petits zazous et Salem," will also participate. The Ayen scientific association from Azazga will showcase the work of young artists, featuring paintings, drawings, and manga.

An exhibition on the history of traditional games will be presented by S. Boulifa, titled "Jeux en Kabylie, au XXe siècle." A traditional game of marelle will be set up, and an atelier de travaux manuels, braille, and reading workshop, "Lisons pour la rentrée scolaire," will be organized. These activities aim to promote cultural heritage and provide a fun and educational experience for children.

The fair will conclude with a screening of the film "Arriety, le petit monde des chapardeurs" at the cinémathèque. This event is expected to be a highlight of the fair, providing an entertaining and enriching experience for young audiences.
