Abdourahamane Diallo emphasized that the FSA's ambition goes beyond financial intervention, aiming to make African solidarity a concrete instrument of economic sovereignty, structural transformation, and shared prosperity. He expressed confidence that the session's discussions will be fruitful, enabling the definition of strong, informed, and visionary orientations for the operational deployment of the "New SUMMIT 2030" plan.
